Avocado Ice Cream

I always pray and hope that we are all always in the protection of Allah and happiness accompanies our lives now and forever. In the pandemic situation that we are currently experiencing, it is very important for all of us to maintain health and increase immunity, so take care of your food intake properly and correctly. this time I want to post a snack that is rich in nutrients and useful nutrients.
Ingredients:
- 350gr ripe avocado (net weight)
- 160gr sweetened condensed milk (4 sachets)
- 400 ml liquid whipped cream
- a quarter teaspoon of salt
- lemon / lime 1 tablespoon
Toppings to taste:
- sweetened condensed milk chocolate
- chocochips
- oreos
How to Make
- mix avocado, sweetened condensed milk, lemon, and salt, then blend, finely / coarsely according to taste
- Mix whipped cream until fluffy (I use a chopper)
- mix avocado and whipped cream, mix well
- Pour into a container with toppings according to taste
- freezer until frozen
