Food Diary. MY PASSION in COOKING always manifested in the palatability of my dishes
I woke up late today at around 10:30 am. I decided to cook heavy meal for brunch. So I decided to have PORK MENUDO .
Ingredients you need:
- Half kilo pork, belly part will do
- 1 big size carrot
- 3 medium size potato
- Tomato Sauce
- Pork Cubes / or any seasoning not gonna use msg
- Salt
- Pepper powder
- Garlic powder
- Oil
- Soy sauce

PROCEDURE
- Heat your pan in a medium heat then add at least enough amount of oil.
- Then start sauteing spices, put garlic first until it is a bit browned.
- Followed by chopped onions, wait until it is a bit translucent.
- Add the cube sliced pork
- Add 2 cups of water, soy sauce 3 tablespoon. Pork cubes for seasoning. NO MSG.
- Have it covered your pan and wait for at least 45 minutes until the pork meat is tender.
- Add the extender vegetables carrots and potatoes let it simmer for 15 minutes.
- Now add the Tomato sauce. Wait until the sauce is thicken or you may add half a glass of water with 1 tablespoon of cornstarch.
- Brunch is ready!!! Serve the dish while hot. Enjoy!
