"Kinilaw nga Lato"

How are you today, Steemians? By the way, my name is Dewberry, and I'd like to share with you my daily menu.

Why should we eat seaweed/lato? Because we need to be healthy. They're high in vitamins A and C, as well as calcium, zinc, and iron.

Instruction on how to make "kinalawng lato"

First step
Using water, wash the lato.

Second step
Place the onions in a bowl and cut them up.

Third step
Combine the vinegar and salt in a small cup.

Fourth step
Transfer to a serving plate

So here's the ingredients of how to make kinilawng lato

1plate of lato
3tablespoon of vinegar
1teaspoon of salt
1 onion chopped
