Hello steemians i am happy to present to you the palm oil rice and beans that i prepared today, it's very nice and i know you will like it.
Palm oil rice and beans is very delicious and sweet to eat, here in Nigeria many people like palm oil rice and beans mostly the igbo speaking parts because it is one one their culture in igbo land.
Ingredients
Water is the main thing
onion medium sized 2
salt
blend of pepper
palm oil
crayfish
water
stock cubes 2
Stock fish
Steps in preparing the palm oil rice and beans
1 Boil the beans for 45minus.
2 Parboil the rice for 34minus.
3 Add the ingredients to the rice and beans.
4 Add the salt and the stock cubes to bring out the taste it the food.
5 Add all ingredients to the rice and beans.
6 Add the dry fish and the crayfish to the food.
6 Add palm oil to the rice and beans to bring out the color of the food.
7 Add more water for the food the boil very well.
8 Then you dish for eating.
