Hi Steem friends, today I decided to be diligent in the kitchen and I surprised the family with fried pancakes

| Milk |
Take a bowl and beat 3 eggs in it, then add a teaspoon of sugar and salt
Add half a liter of milk and a liter of water.
Add the flour until the mixture reaches a certain density
Then you mix it all up
Pour a little oil on the pan and with a ladle put the mixture in the pan.
After you have baked the pancakes, put the spices on them as desired.
I put ham, cheese and sausage.
Then roll out the pancake and roll in flour, eggs and pretzels and fry in oil.
