Hi friends, 😊

I hope you are all happy and safe. Today I came to meet you with another Food Diary Game. So I'm so glad I was able to make a meal like this and share it with you. From it you can get an overview of the food in the area where I live. I am going to present with you today the recipes of the foods I collected yesterday and the foods I prepared.

Breakfast

It was 6am when I woke up that day. For breakfast, I added wade and patties. I also ate some cashews with it. That morning was a busy day for me so I picked up the wade and patties in a Chunpan vehicle. I ate them with a tea mixed with ginger.

Lunch

As usual for lunch, I added a balanced meal. Among them were lentils, meat, beans and carrots with rice.

Ingredients needed to prepare lunch

🥗Rice
🥗Dhal
🥗Meat
🥗Beans
🥗Carrots
🥗Red onions
🥗Garlic
🥗Turmeric powder
🥗Chili powder
🥗Pepper powder
🥗Salt powder

I made the meat curry a little spicy. First the chopped meat and chopped vegetables were put in a pan and put on the stove. They were all mixed and boiled well. Then add coconut milk and muscari powder. Then it was boiled well and then removed from the oven.

Papaya For Dessert

I picked fruit for dessert that day. That's it. Papaya is a fruit rich in vitamin C. Therefore, it can increase immunity.


Dinner

For dinner I made chili peppers with bread.

Ingredients needed to prepare dinner

🌮Wheat flour
🌮Coconut
🌮Red onion
🌮Maldive Fish
🌮Chili spices
🌮Salt powder

First I made the rotty. For that, I first took wheat flour, mixed it with coconut and salt, and mixed it well. Then the wheat flour balls were thinned and burnt.

Then I prepared the chili sambal. Red onions, mackerel, chillies and salt are all needed to make onion sambals. I chopped the red onion and mackerel into small pieces. I put the salt and pepper in a mortar and pestle.

That's how I prepared my dinner.
