Hello friends of the Gems community, today I want to share with you some of the culture of my city.

Hola amigos de la comunidad de Gems hoy quiero compartir con ustedes un poco de la cultura de mi ciudad.

Cumaná is a land of coasts, beautiful landscapes and stories, cultural and religious activities are carried out, but today I want to share with you some beautiful pictures where I represent the period from 1920 to 1925 of the popular celebrations of my city.

Cumaná es tierra de costas, bellos paisajes e historias, se realizan actividades culturales y religiosas, pero el día hoy quiero compartir con ustedes unas hermosas fotos donde yo represento la época de los años 1920 a 1925 de las fiestas populares de mi ciudad.

It was a very nice experience that I lived that night with my husband we participated together in this beautiful adventure, thanks to my mother who came that night and took care of the children was that we had the opportunity to introduce ourselves in the place and debut with our clothes, there were a lot of people visiting the place and I felt like one in a fairy tale.

Fue una muy bonita experiencia la que viví esa noche junto a mi esposo participamos juntos en esta hermosa aventura, gracias a mi madre que vino esa noche y me cuido a los niños fue que tuvimos la oportunidad de presentarnos en el lugar y debutar con nuestras vestimentas, había una cantidad de personas visitando el lugar y me sentía como un en un cuento de hadas.

There I shared with colleagues and we enjoyed the moment remembering pleasant and beautiful things that life has given us and when you see yourself dressed up representing a time so beautiful that you did not live but history reminds you that if it existed you say life continues to give me experiences that I have to learn to see that everything is important and not forget that there was a past and there are memories embodied in the history of our land.

Allí compartí con compañeros y disfrutamos el momento recordando cosas agradables y bonitas que la vida nos ha regalo y cuando te ves así vestida y arreglada representando una época tan linda que no viviste pero la historia te recuerda que si existió dices la vida me sigue regalando experiencias que tengo que aprender a ver que todo es importante y no olvidar que hubo un pasado y quedan recuerdos plasmados en la historia de nuestra tierra.

After everything finished at about 1 am my husband and I had to go home, but as always a but when we started to walk to go to the stop there was a fight that we could not pass the full that was the place by the people who were still there, we looked for a space and as we could pass the side that we wanted, I in heels and with much pain in the feet began to walk very fast more or less three blocks to reach the stop to see if we found the bus because there was no taxi available at that time everything was dark, When we arrived the driver said that he would leave us near where we live, but we had to walk about a block and a half to get to the house but that's not the problem, the problem is that the part where they would leave us is dangerous and they do a lot of robberies and have killed people, we had no option and I told my husband that we would get on the bus and we have no other option and then on the way we will see what happens.

Después que todo terminó a eso de la 1 de la mañana mi esposo y yo teníamos que volver a casa, pero como siempre un pero cuando comenzamos a caminar para irnos a la parada se presentó una pelea que no podíamos pasar de lo full que estaba el lugar por las personas que aún permanecían allí, buscamos un espacio y como pudimos pasamos al lado que deseábamos , yo en tacones y con mucho dolor en los pies comenzamos a caminar muy rápido más o menos tres cuadras para llegar a la parada a ver si encontrábamos el autobús porque no habían taxi disponibles a esa hora todo estaba oscuro, faltando un trecho largo seguimos caminando demasiado rápido para llegar a la parada y cuando llegamos dice el chófer que nos dejaría cerca de donde vivimos, pero teníamos que caminar como cuadra y media para poder llegar hasta la casa pero ese no es el problema el inconveniente es que es peligroso la parte donde nos dejarían y hacen muchos atracos y han matado gente, no teníamos opción y le dije a mi esposo vamos a montarnos no tenemos otra opción y luego en el camino se verá que se hace.

Comencé a orar y a pedirle a Dios que el chófer nos dejará en la urbanización donde vivimos y cuando iba cerca de donde nos dejaría a todos le pedí el favor que nos dejara un poco más cerca y me preguntó para dónde van ustedes exactamente y gracias a Dios nos dejó frente la urbanización y sin ningún inconveniente llegamos a casa contentos por el día diferente que habíamos pasado, siempre me he caracterizado por ser una mujer de fe y la fe mueve montañas.

In Cumaná they always take the task of celebrating the nights of yesteryear, the institution where I work participated being the winner in the pedagogical part, we represent with much pride and dedication our school leaving it on top and the best of all this is that we learn new experiences and interact with other people, if we engage in activities like this we should not feel pleasant of the role that touches you rather you should feel how wonderful the time you are playing, ie there comes a time when you must take your role seriously so that everything goes well, look spontaneously without prejudice live the moment.

En Cumaná siempre se toman la tarea de festejar las noches de antaño, la institución donde trabajo participó quedando ganadora en la parte pedagógica, representamos con mucho orgullo y dedicación nuestra escuela dejándola por lo alto y lo mejor de todo esto es que aprendemos nuevas experiencias e interactuamos con otras personas, si nos comprometemos en actividades como estás no debemos sentir ameno del papel que te toque más bien debes de sentir lo maravilloso de la época a la cual estás representando, es decir llega un momento donde debes de tomarte en serio tu papel para que todo salga bien, lucir de manera espontánea sin prejuicios vivir el momento.
