In the Age of Covid -- I've been invited to do this video reading, for my old school in Cairo, Egypt

So, I was contacted by the school that I graduated from (nearly 30 years ago!) in Egypt, Cairo American College.

They’re reaching out alumni to see what they’ve been up to, since leaving school, and asking some of us to share our successes — while trying, somehow, to tie it to Cairo & our time in CAC.

This seemed like a perfect opportunity for me to read from my new book, Revolutions from the Heart where Egypt features, prominently.

I also read, as you’ll see in the video above, a new poem of mine that’s applicable to these challenging times we live in, on the importance of keeping hope alive in the Age of Covid19.
