Mango Shake Recipe!
What’s better than a chilled drink in this scorching heat? Mango shake is one of the best shakes. The sad part being, it’s seasonal but it’s a must to relish drink in the summer season. It is made from the popular safeda mango. Since the mango is sweet in itself, you can opt not to add sugar as well which makes it a perfect drink for those who are diet conscious.

Ingredients
• 1 Mango (Preferably Ripe one)
• 1 Cup Milk
• 3 TBSP Sugar
• 4-5 Ice Cubes
Step 1: Take a fresh, ripe mango. I always prefer picking the “Safeda” Mango variety since Mango shake gives its best taste with this variety. The next best mango variety that works in Alphonso but that is very expensive so usually we don’t use that.
Step 2: Peel the Mango. Make sure the peels are really thin and the fruit layer doesn’t come out.
Step 3:Not cut the mango into small pieces and put the pieces in a mixer jar.
Step 4: Add milk and sugar to the jar and give it a good shake.
Step 5:Once the sugar is mixed properly and all the mango pieces are mashed properly, add ice cubes and run the mixer for 5 more seconds to crush the ice.
Step 6: Your thick, chilled mango shake is now ready to be served.
You can also freeze it in your refrigerator and eat it in the form of ice cream.
