Hi I read this post and the one about setting up your sisters account on CoinBase. That crushed me as I read of your difficulties. I agree that banks should not have the right to tell you what to buy. I hope you found a -lace for her to buy Bitcoin. I have an account on Uphold and I use to buy crypto there with my credit card until the banks banned us in the USA from buying bitcoin with credit cards. One place I can still buy is xcoins.io
It is higher price there, but you can buy with PayPal account which uses a credit card. I have CoinBase account but I don’t use PayPal there so I don’t know if it will work. But hopefully it will.
