Es el planeta en el que vivimos, pero no es nuestro. No es "nuestro planeta". Es sólo un lugar, sólo el planeta en el que vivimos... Los paseos cerca del mar pueden ser renovadores. El estado meditativo es más propicio ante la amplitud de alma, de mente y de espacio. La tierra nos provee el cuerpo, el mar alimenta nuestras ansias de libertad y el cielo nos mantiene vivos e ilusionados.

It's the planet we live on, but it's not ours. It's not "our planet." It's just a place, just the planet we live on... Walks by the sea can be refreshing. The meditative state is more conducive to the breadth of soul, mind and space. The land provides us with the body, the sea feeds our desires for freedom and the sky keeps us alive and excited.
