Be kind to yourself || A helpful mindfulness practice I have learned over the year!

When I look back to life, I see so many mistakes, it makes me feel bad about me. I can give myself a thousand reasons to get mad at me. Yeah, I sometimes ask myself why I even took a certain decision, why I was so moron? I know I'm not alone on this. Feeling guilty and blaming thyself is normal. But it's also necessary to get out of the feelings.

Did you ever asked yourself if you are kind to yourself or not? Did you notice if you do nurture yourself or not?

We often forget to check that, right? And, most of us unknowingly set their mind that they do care for themselves. But in reality, they are not. If you ask me, what do 'Be kind to yourself' means to me. I would say, recognizing me, having the ability to forgive myself, respect and care thyself is the key to be kind to thyself.

When I become a Mature enough, I started to learn how much it's necessary to take care of thyself. Treating thyself, making time for personal development and self-care, learning to forgive thyself, recognizing our own work everything is necessary. There are many more things can be included in this list. Just make sure, you are aware of being kind to yourself.

A few major things I can say today which helped me stand where I'm now by self-care and being kind to thyself. One is #NeverBlameYourself and the second is #ForgiveYourself.

You can make an endless list of blaming yourself but it will not help in any way improve yourself and move forward. Rather, look beyond and find the solution to the mistakes you have done before. And, make sure you opened the door to forgive yourself. You are not a machine as you have complex emotions. So, making mistakes is normal. But don't hold them by letting them play as a barrier.

Now, it's becoming clear about how can we be kind to ourselves. The inner voice which always tells us what's right or wrong also reminds us to take good care of us. But we easily ignore that. I hope you will be more conscious about self-care and cultivating your inner feelings. It will make the path easy to be kind to yourself.
