Connecting with Yourself

Meditation can set you free from your regular hustle and bustle for as long as you want it to. You will see emptiness, darkness, and the purity of being in the moment organically with all your senses subdued. Such feelings are elegantly branded as mystically unachievable, where to most meditation seems like a daunting task that rarely gets crossed from our to-do list. The notion of sitting silently alone in a dark room with your eyes shut and your legs crossed can be overwhelming. Meditation affects everyone differently and has unique effects on people. You close off certain sensory points and at the same time enhance other feelings which don’t get tapped into. Meditation erases unnecessary clutter that the mind has been naturally creating subconsciously, the noise in the back of your head. We must set ourselves free of the past and future and be in the present moment. Meditation is effective to put your mind at ease and self assure with mindfulness of your current realm. So close your eyes and experience yourself internally!
