Today I will discuss with you about physical exercise, such as how the body and mind are when you exercise.
Physical exercise is the movement of the limbs of our body. I like to do physical exercise. It is very necessary and benefivial to our health.
Because regular physical exercise helps us keep our body fil for work. It helps us digest our foods. As a result, our metabolism process works well. It helps us prevent diseases.
The main items of exercise are walking, jogging, playing outdoor games like football, hockey, cricket, swimming etc. A man can be benefitted by physical exercise only when he will do it regularly and proportiontely.
Like others students get benefited by it. It keeps them fit for study. But we should bear in mind that over-exerise is harmful to health. Because it makes us tired and unworthy of work. So we must avoid doing over -exercise.
