Mandatory Exit During Quarantine In A Country Not Only Facing A Pandemic

I am from Venezuela, a wonderful country that not only faces a pandemic but also a humanitarian emergency with poor food intake. In addition to this, the lack of gasoline has caused more discomfort in the population, I am not a journalist but, I tell you that those of us who live here have a hard time "adapting" to so much excess.
"Did I say adapt?"
This is not the correct word because it suggests that someone who is born to be free has to accommodate to the designs of bad government policies, be they National or International.
The problem is that the conditioning DOES exist, and any people tired of rowing and rowing ends up letting itself be carried away by the current.
My parents always told me about an elephant that was tied to a tiny wooden stake as a baby, so it grew until it got old and always tied to the same stake. I refuse to think that a people growing in strength, knowledge and will, does not make their liberty at a stretch of the stake. Without having to resort to violence, we can be free in thought and later will come good times.
Since the government representatives ordered the isolation measures, there has been much fear in the Venezuelan people because most of them live from day to day to buy food. Few have had the cupboard full to isolate themselves from everything and 100% quarantine at home.
In my case, I went out three times a week to find a living while at home my wife and daughter waited for me, with uncertainty and fear, they looked at me from afar when I returned for preventive measures. No one wants to make their family sick, nor does anyone want food and water. In that dilemma we all find ourselves so to speak.
After two months, a mandatory family outing occurred due to health problems in my wife and daughter who suffered from Hepatitis A.

Soy de Venezuela, un país maravilloso que no solo enfrenta un pandemia sino también una emergencia humanitaria con una ingesta alimentaria deficiente. Aunado a ésto, la falta de gasolina ha ocacionado más incomodidad en la población, no soy periodista pero, les cuento que los que vivimos aquí nos cuesta mucho "adaptarnos" a tanta sosobra.
"¿Dije adaptarnos?"
Ésta no es la palabra correcta porque sugiere que alguien que nace para ser libre tenga que acomodarse a los designios de malas políticas gubernamentales, bien sean Nacionales o Internacionales.
El problema es que SÍ existe el condicionamiento, y cualquier pueblo cansado de remar y remar termine dejándose llevar por la corriente.
Mis padres siempre me hablaban de un elefante que fue amarrado a una estaca diminuta de madera desde bebé, asi creció hasta hacerse viejo y siempre amarrado a la misma estaca. Me niego a pensar que un pueblo creciente en fuerza, conocimiento y voluntad, no haga de un tirón de estaca, su libertad. Sin tener que recurrir a la violencia, podemos ser libre en el pensamiento y posteriormente vendrá tiempos de bonanzas.
Desde que los representantes gubernamentales dictaron las medidas de aislamiento, hubo mucho temor en el pueblo Venezolano porque la mayoría viven del día a día para comprar la comida. Son pocos los que tenían llena la alacena para aislarse de todo y cumplir 100% la cuarentena en casa.
En mi caso, salía tres veces a la semana a buscar el sustento mientras en casa me esperaban mi esposa y mi hija, con la incertidumbre y el miedo, me miraban de lejos al regresar por medidas de prevención. Nadie desea enfermar a su familia, como tampoco desea que les falte comida y agua. En ese dilema nos encontramos todos por así decirlo.
Despues de dos meses, una salida familiar obligatoria se presentó por problemas de salud en mi esposa e hija quienes sufrieron de Hepatitis A.

Llegar al centro de salud mas cercano fue casi imposible, despues de dos horas en espera del transporte público, al fin pudimos emprender el viaje hacia el médico.
Otro tema que surge para hablar es la salud pública en el país, es lamentable que los seguros médicos no alcanzan ni para cubrir una hora de cuidados médicos, el deterioro y la falta de insumos en los centros hospitalarios se hace patente.
Hablamos que la salud es lo primero pero millones de personas mueren a diario a nivel mundial por no poseer seguro médico, los emigrantes están regresando a sus países natales por miedo a contraer el virus del COVID-19 y no ser resguardados y curados en algun centro médico.
"LA DULCE ESPERA"
Another issue that arises to speak is public health in the country, it is unfortunate that medical insurance does not even cover one hour of medical care, the deterioration and lack of supplies in hospital centers is evident.
We say that health comes first, but millions of people die every day worldwide due to not having health insurance, emigrants are returning to their native countries for fear of contracting the COVID-19 virus and not being protected and cured in some center. doctor.

Por medidas de seguridad, está restringido el acceso a las instalaciones hasta que un médico lo autorice y las pruebas rapidas descarten un posible contagio, me parece bien.
Sin embargo, mi familia y yo estábamos observando como sería la espera más placentera si se aprovechan los espacios naturales.
However, my family and I were observing what would be the most pleasant wait if we take advantage of natural spaces.

Digo todo ésto, no para criticar simplemente o denigrar, todos somos cooparticipe en alguna medida de lo que vivimos, bien sea por callar, por temor, por falta de ser más participativo en las buenas acciones que se requieren en la vida, etc.
Además, hoy soy una pequeña voz aquí en Hive para motivar a todos mis conciudadanos a no rendirnos, a luchar por la construcción de un mejor país. Creo que ésta plataforma ha dado y está ayudando a muchos venezolanos en su economía, ante la super inflación que atraviesa la Nacion Caribeña.
I say all this, not to simply criticize or denigrate, we are all cooperate in some measure of what we live, either by being silent, by fear, by lack of being more participative in the good actions that are required in life, etc.
Also, today I am a small voice here at Hive to motivate all my fellow citizens not to give up, to fight for the construction of a better country. I believe that this platform has given and is helping many Venezuelans in their economy, given the super inflation that the Caribbean Nation is experiencing.
