Weekly Writing Challenge #3 - My Favorite Meal

Food is a necessity in life and we all needed to stay alive but this is something which has a huge world and there is a lot to explore. Various cuisines and food variety in different places in and I thoroughly enjoy doing it. It's obvious that when I go for trying out food then sometimes I stop by such a fantastic test and sometimes I feel disappointed with it but when I do not have much to choose from then I'll go for my favourite meal if it is available.

In North, India Delhi is the place which is like how far food lovers and here you can get whose variety of foods in vegetarian and non-vegetarian both options. Since I am vegetarians I always look for the option in veg food and happy to share that there is a huge variety. If you are a food lover and you ever get a chance to visit Delhi then I would recommend you to try the food here is the kind of taste you going to have you will remember it for a lifetime.

My favourite meal is chole bhature which is a North Indian dish and it's amazingly tasty. This is the kind of food which I can enjoy daily and yes this is a little bit oily but I feel the taste is more important than anything else. Delhi has got his specialty of chole bhature and you can get it any part of the diary easily, and especially in the morning, it is considered as one of the fantastic breakfasts. There are many stalls which are selling only chole bhature in the morning and of course, restaurants are also serving chole bhature and easily available everywhere.

This is the picture of Bhature and Chole plate and you can see this is so much puffy and looking so yummy and tasty. Play It a bhature is a combo of a Bhature Chole chopped onion along with spicy pickle and chili. As you can see in this photo this is the complete plate of Bhature and this is something I am always ready to have and no matter whether its morning or evening.

Every restaurant try their way to make it tastier and they sell it for different prices and if I find it so tasty then I do not worry about the price if I enjoy the taste.

Preparing Bhature at home requires a lot of effort and time so I prefer to have it outside and even my wife also enjoys it. Since its lockdown going on in India since last 30 days so I could not go outside and did not get the opportunity to enjoy this yummy and tasty food but once this lockdown will be removed then this will be the first dish I'll be having outside in the restaurant near my place.

This is my all-time favourite food and I have probably once in a week. Cooking nature is not difficult at home because it requires fewer ingredients but most of the time I end up cooking more and it tastes best only when served hot.

Below are the ingredients required for Chole Bhature-

Floor
Black Chana
Boiled Potato
onion
Chilles
Pickle
Salt and spices

I and my wife have tried cooking at home and we were successful in making it tastier but all the time we end up cooking more and thats the reason we avoid cooking at home so that it does not get wasted. All the time we had to call our neighbors to help us in finishing and sometimes they feel awkward. Usually, one person can eat 2-3 max and it takes about 1.5-2 hours to prepare it so we usually prefer to eat outside rather than putting so many efforts at home.

There is hardly any restaurant near my house in the radius of 10km where we haven't to have bhature and even many times we order online and get it home delivered.

Not just in India, I and my wife have even had the Chole Bhature in Singapore a few times but the taste was not like India and I can say that Delhi is the best place to have it, and here the taste is just amazing and once must try it out,
