In the pan; How to Make the Most Delicious Spicy Vegan Meatballs at Home?
Today I will tell you how to make a delicious spicy vegan meatball in a pan. I shared with you how to make many delicious meatballs with meat and chicken minced meat, but this is the first time I have shared with you how to make a vegan meatball. When I thought about what I can do at home today, it came to my mind to prepare such a meatball. I previously shared with you how to make a delicious vegan cookie with banana + cocoa and oats. It is not difficult to make this patty, but we must be careful when it is used for the consistency of the patty and the pan. I used bulgur as legumes, but if bulgur is not a pulses sold in your country, you can prepare it using rice. But if bulgur is not sold in your country, make the choice of pulses yourself.
Ingredients to be Used for Spicy Vegan Meatballs:
1 cup of bulgur, 2 boiled potatoes
Half a bunch of dill, meatball spice
1 grated onion, pepper, black pepper and salt (one teaspoon each)
1 teaspoon tomato paste and oil
Making Stages:
First boil 400 milliliters of hot water, then add hot water to the bulgur and wait 10-15 minutes. Meanwhile, peel the skin of 2 potatoes and cut them into cubes after boiling them. Grind the boiled potatoes with a fork or spoon and put them on a plate. Add 1 grated onion, dill, spices and tomato paste to your plate and mix. After waiting for 10 minutes of bulgur and adding the potatoes with the inner mortar on it, we mix it well. The inner mortar of the meatball is ready and now we will shape the meatball with our hands. Give a round shape and do the same until all the grout is gone. Add a small amount of oil to the pan and cook the meatballs at medium temperature. Vegan Meatballs Ready!
