Hello my friends, I have decided for today's post No more talking about Lockdown or Bushfires - Time to stay positive.

Instead I will be showing you some #food that I cooked instead. This is a mexican inspired dish and I cooked it recently for dinner.

It is basically Spicy seasoned grilled Chicken with Brown rice, corn, black beans and tomatos seasoned with spices and chilli , Sour cream and Home-made Guacamole
