For those who need it - An #inspirational quote for the day

Hello my friends! I have been posting recently pictures and stories of my day and it is usually towards the end where I am thinking about what food to cook for dinner and also it is a simple story to tell. But today I would like to trigger an inspirational and #motivational quote that my psychology professors and philosophy teachers liked to say. It is also a quote used by a lot of the #self-help gurus out there when they are giving talks, speeches or lectures.

Now what is that quote? You already guessed it by the image that is in preview and that is:

This quote has been originally credited to Aristotle but it was really Will Durant who mentioned it in his book called “Ethics and the Nature of Happiness”. Here, Durant sums up some of Aristotle’s thoughts which include "... virtues are formed in man by his doing the actions..."

So in other words, action makes the man and if you practice excellence, you become excellent - at least that is my interpretation.

SO... what does that mean for us in the #Steem community? Keep it going and keep it up, because the journey towards a #betterlife will be a life that is better.
