Emotional life is an area that includes a certain set of skills that can be mastered with greater or lesser skill. And the degree of mastery a person achieves over these skills is decisive in determining why certain individuals thrive in life while others, with similar intellectual level, end up in a dead end. Emotional competence is a meta-ability that determines the degree of skill we will achieve in mastering all our other faculties.
Success is not just because, I explain. In many cases the limitation comes from the outside that given the frequency with which we come to hear it becomes an internal opinion. The innate greatness that we possess at the moment we arrive in this world is soon replaced by the limitations that, in the worst case, come from outside. How many times does a child hear the word, No, or worse, You can't do that. With each limitation, our potential is slowed down.
There are, of course, many paths to success in life, and many areas where emotional skills are extraordinarily important. In a society like ours, which attaches increasing importance to knowledge, technical skill is undoubtedly essential.
It is crude to say, but even the least gifted can benefit from emotional intelligence to achieve a privileged job position. Successful people do not have superior talents, but sought to improve their skills and even learned from their vulnerabilities. They traded the No's for the Maybe's, because success has more to do with drive and determination than with great natural talent.
This explains the fact that sometimes those who are given more end up with less, and those who receive less end up with more. There are even people who, although very skillful, are too lazy or do not know how to control their emotions. So the talent is not a special advantage if you do not know how to take advantage, because sometimes it can more a polished defect and working to act on behalf of those who want to conquer a goal, that an innate talent but completely untapped and rubbed by a passion nothing controlled.
People who have adequately developed emotional skills tend to be more satisfied, more effective and more capable of mastering the mental habits that determine productivity. Those, on the other hand, who cannot control their emotional life, struggle in constant internal struggles that undermine their ability to work and prevent them from thinking clearly enough.

What becomes of life , that is social success is a function of several non specific variables variables like nature and nurture!
So fluid are these subjects that it would be an exercise in futility to emphatically ascribe success to a factor or myriad of factors!
This depends on how the mind of each person works, some people think positively and others negatively, it depends on each one, I can say that nature and education are not a factor that affects, on the contrary, it should be a factor of success.
Never let the schooling interfere with your education, wise words.
