So we are in the 2nd week of the season 5. Well this topic feels like a fight between good & evil. After all this is an interesting topic to discuss. With this topic we are definitely going to know each other better. I admire the thinking of the person who came up with this topic. So today with the help of this post i will give you access to some of my information. I am writing information like i am just about to give you nuclear launch codes. Anyways lets get started with the topic. Well the first two questions & the other two questions have been answered in the same section in the first question section there are questions 1 & 2 explained & question 3 & 4 are answered in the next part.

PERSISTENT

Well talking about persistence,i would like to say i am very persistent person. Let's first understand what really is persistence. Persistence is the power of continuing to do something even when it is difficult. It requires determination, stamina, and a willingness to keep going in spite of obstacles.It is important for people like me to be persistent because it helps me achieve my goals and overcome challenges. It also provides a sense of accomplishment and satisfaction that comes from completing a task or goal after overcoming many obstacles.

If something isn't working out for you. I want you mind to tell you this. Train your mind in such a way that whenever you feel like quiting it tells you I am persistent, I don't give up. It still might not work but at least I tried. Well it isn't always about achieving what you wanted sometimes even after trying your best something so don't workout but still it's better than the guilt that follows when you are not persistent enough.

Talking about me I am very persistent that's a good thing as well as a bad thing. Let me explain, it's good in a sense that several things need to be done perfectly in order for them to workout so every time when you do it wrong it won't work but they definitely is a chance of getting it right, in this sense its a positive thing. But sometimes things just don't workout that means that is no possible way of doing that right in that case persistence can be a cause, one needs no went to stop. In this case persistence can be a key and you can something whole life and still the thing won't work out. I would definitely advice other people of the community to display this quality.

NO BACKBITING

Well taking about backbiting everyone knows about this thing, for those who don't know what backbitinh is for those i will explain this as an act of saying negative things about someone. The backbiter is often seen as a malicious, manipulative and insecure person who will do anything to make themselves feel better.Backbiting can be seen as an act of betrayal and resentment. It's a way for the backbiter to get revenge on the person they are talking about or to feel better about themselves.There are many different ways that people can backbite someone else. They could do it in front of others, or they could do it on social media in order to make the other person look bad in front of their friends and family.

I am a type of person who confronts the person in question. Well at any time in life we all are bound to some controversies going on. No not all controversies are covered on media it can as smaal as three peoplw only knowinh this. Well in my case whenever i am in any type of controversy i usually in most of the cases confront the other persons. Whatever i have to say i say it on their face right in front of them.

Yes! Some people think i am rude because sometimes i say harsh things to people right in front of them. Well people will always have something to gossip about you thats something you should be least worried of. Saying bad things to people right on their face ain't a bad thing but only if they deserve that. One more thing,saying what you think to the people eight on their facw gives you an immense pleasure. I definitely would advise each and every person to show this quality because it can be rude sometimes but it is definitely very much better then backbiting.

A GOOD ADVISOR

I am a good advisor. I have helped many people with their problems especially my friends and have guided them to the best possible solution. I can help you too if you are in some problem. I am a good advisor because I am always honest with my friend or whosoever meeds the advice and give them the best advice possible, no matter what it may be.I have the experience, knowledge and skills to help my friends with their problems. I am always there for them & to give them advice, offer solutions and provide all the information that they might need.

Well in my case most of the times whenever my friends need help it's generally related to some girl or a boy. If it's the girl with what they need help, then generally is something like I like that girl how should I approach her or something related, I like it can be I was got by my girl doing this or that what am I supposed to do. In some cases they might need help in issues like I am in rift with a guy what am I supposed to do am i supposed to fight or am I supposed to let it be. Well in some cases they might need help deciding what book to read or which career to choose some people also consult me at that time. I always give them the best possible help after having a look at all the condition's.

But I have got a very bad luck when it comes to helping my own self, I also need help sometimes and I get it from my best friend. talking about my best pretty he is the person who needs most of the help, in most cases they have comes from me and it's no wonder that whenever I need help is there for me and you also suggest me the best possible thing to do. I definitely advise everyone I mean every person in this world to be a good advisor. Sometimes one is unable to see things that other one See's at the first sight. So it's no shame to get help/advice whenever you feel like needing it.

DISHONESTY

Well let me explain dishonesty first i would explain it as a form of lying that is done to avoid punishment or to gain some sort of personal benefit. The motivation for dishonesty can be anything from avoiding punishment for or for getting out of any benifit.The most common form of dishonesty is white lies. These are lies that are told in order to protect someone’s feelings or make them feel better about themselves. In most cases this type of lie will often be told by parents and teachers who want their children and students to have high self-esteem or one can use white lies in order so that the person doesn't demotivate

Well dishonesty kills it for me by this i mean if someone is dishonest with me & i somehow come to know that, that's it with the person. I prefer a very harsh trust inspite of a calming lie. I have left almost 4 people die to dishonesty recently. I had one friend who used to lie to me about some of the things. I used to believe as i trusted her but once i came to know there are something's that were not true i confronted her & she accepted & apologized but repeated the same mistake twice & after that i said to her that's it. Since then i haven't talked with her. Its been more then a month i haven't checked up on her. I definitely have tried to stop them by confronting & giving them a second chance & i already have mentioned the effort's i made to stop them from doing so.

HARASSMENT

Well lets come to this topic this topic has been lately discussed very much as this is increasing as fast as Covid. Well Harassment is a form of abuse, typically verbal or physical, that is imposed on an individual by another person or group. It can happen in any context and to anyone. Harassment has been defined as "unwanted and unwelcome conduct that offends, threatens, intimidates, alarms, or puts a person in fear of their safety." Harassment can be either a criminal offense or tortious act.The legal definition of harassment differs from country to country. In the United States for instance, it is not necessary for the harasser to intend to harass the victim for their behavior to be considered harassment. The victim’s perception is what determines whether the behavior was harassing or not.

Well in my case i don't like the people who harass other just for fun, like in my college i know few people who harass others just for fun. I have at various times saidt hem not to do so, i have also managed to stop one person from harassing other's by talking to him & explaining its possible consequences both legal & ethical. He was wise enough to understand what he was doing is so wrong & i also insisted him to say sorry to the few people he used to harass. I seriously oppose the ideology if harrasment.

BULLYING

Well bullying is something that needs to be stopped with immediate effect, I am saying this because i have been a victim of bullying & i very well know what psychological effects it leaves to the victim. The bullying can be defined as a type of aggression in which someone intentionally and repeatedly causes harm to another person who cannot easily defend themselves.Bullying is an aggressive behavior that can cause serious physical, psychological, or educational harm to the victim.The bullying may be overt or covert with the intention to cause distress. The frequency and severity of bullying vary from child to child. It can occur in-person or online through social media and text messages.Bullying is not a harmless rite of passage or an acceptable form of social interaction among children.

Talking about myself I was a serious victim of bullying. I was being bullied by 4-5 boys of my class, well this thing dates back to my school day when i was in boarding school. There were 4-5 boys who used to bully me on any ground they find suitable. They would ask me vulgar question's and i was forced to answer them they beated my physically also. It took me 3 years to understand that i was a serious victim of bullying.

Once i understood that i am being bullied i confronted them & i was expecting the bullying to be stopped at once but instead they beated me with a stick & i after that i stopped answering their questions & stopped crying as well as started to stare them. After 3 weeks i was strong enough to kick one of them in the groin. I kicked him so hard that he was hospitalized for 3 days as his whole groin area turned purple. After that time i was never bullied & i say the same story to every person who is being bulleid & sometimes i talk with the bullies & sometimes they understand but mist of the times they don't. But i persistently do my job. Thats it for today.
