Everyone in business understands how painful it is to lose money, especially when people are unkind. Everyone has a soft spot, but that kind gesture may bring the business to its knees, just like constantly lending out money with no guarantee of repayment.

Friends and family are terms used to describe people who are close to you. They mean a lot to you at some point, and you also mean a lot to them. To you, they are irreplaceable, and you simply want to see the relationship improve over time.
