Cakes

Hello dear friends, it is a pleasure to post in the community once again, and today I would love to talk about cake and some procedures of making cake.

Cake

Cake is a baked edible dessert that is mixed and baked with an oven. Cakes are mainly used for celebrating an events, without it an event will not be that, lively speaking from my own perspective. A cake can either be decorated or not decorated. There are many flavours of cake that I know, they are milk, vanilla, chocolate or carrot, I really do not know whether there are other flavours, but I still hope to discover them. Let's go to some procedures, but first let us see the materials used to make the cake. They are;

1. Baking soda
2. Butter
3. Eggs
4. Flour
5. Sugar
6. Milk, vanilla or chocolate flavor (one's choice)
7. Salt

Step 1:
We start by sieving the flour and then mixing all the dry ingredients together in one bowl, the salt, sugar, baking soda.

Step 2:
Then in another bowl we mix the wet ingredients, like the butter the flavors, eggs and some warm water.

Step 3:
Then a a third bowl we mix the dry ingredients and the wet ingredients, and knead it well, until it has a smooth surface, and then it is optional to cover it to allow it to rise.

Step 4:
Then we grease the baking pan with butter and then pour the cake batter into the baking pan and then put it in the oven for 10-15 mins, and then when done you will see the wonderful finishing.

NOTE: It is once choice to decorate the cake with fondant or icing, in other to look good.

Making cake is very interesting especially as my parents anniversary are coming up soon so the chefs of the house should be ready to bake another cake sooner or later, but till then, I still remain your humble boy @wizzyboy3.
