What is the name of your country? How many languages can be found in your country? |

The name of my country is Nigeria. The western part of Africa, with 36 state and capital.
Nigeria is a very large country with many language. In my country we have over 200 language in different ethnic groups. A state may consists up to 20 or more language for example Akwa ibom state which has more than 10 different language like Anang, oron, Ibibio, ikono and others.

Among all the language in my country am familiar with 4 languages which include ibibio, Anang, oron, which is in Akwa ibom state, my state of origin. and during my holiday in in calabar, I learnt how to speak efik, and indeed I was a fast learner for 3 month when I was in my Aunty at calabar.
How has this language improved/helped your life and business? |

This language has helped me alot in my career and family life, I got so many friends through this language. In my career as a business man it as help me to sell my good and services convincing people in one or the other. It also help me to buy from others in a suitable price. This language has helped me to communicate with those in the state who can not speak English, it make it easier for me to do my job without obstacle, with this language I am able to defend myself out of an issue. Through this language, it help me to know my right, rules and regulations, in our land where am from.

Yes I will teach them because first they must understand the language where they come from before any other. I see some people that come from my village but when they travel abroad and returns back there start speaking English and others language. They don't even know their home language. So I will teach them how to write and speak their language.
