Good afternoon my beautiful and lovely people, I hope and believe that all of us are doing well.
I am happy to participate in this interesting contest, and I am grateful to @steem4nigeria for initiating contest like this to keep us active in this Community.

INTRODUCTION

Looking back at our plans allows us reflect on what we have already achieved and also knows areas that we should work on to achieve our goals fully. It will help us to move forward with the remaining months of this year 2022.
We have made a resolution for this year, looking back at its will help us to move in a different way.
One do not need to look back at the presumed failures or things that did not work according to the plans.

WHAT I HAVE BEEN ABLE TO ACHIEVED AT THE QUARTER OF THE YEAR 2022

• REFLECTING ON MY PURPOSE TO START A SMALL BUSINESS

Early this year I made a resolution that I never forget, I told and promised myself that I will start up a small business for myself, I prayed that God should help me to carry out these plan, I have a little money , but since that one was not enough for what I needed, I sold my steem and added with it to start this interesting busness in order to start full filling my resolution, and I did that on February, now looking back at the quarter of the the year 2022, I can see that I have achieved one of my goals,

• MY ACHIEVEMENT IN STEEMIT
  I have a goal of making progress in this interesting platform steemit, last year when I looked at my Steem power (sp) , it was not encouraging, so I promise to make changes by putting more effort to write quality post and earn SBD and steem, and when earning it I used part to power up, and now my steem power is improving, so I have to changed what I aspire for
  and this give me a positive changed.

• BEING CONSISTENT

I have also achieved a goal of being consistent in steemit, before I made this resolution, I used to stay for like 1_2 months before I participated in any contest or write an article, so looking back at my blog and what I have earned I can say that I have tried my possible best to achieved my goal of being consistent.

SOME OF MY CHALLENGES AND SETBACK

There is always a challenge and setback when we want to keep our resolution, some find it difficult to achieve them because they want to achieve them in one minute, while some waited until the last minute to achieve thier goals.
The following are my challenged and setback;

• delay: delay is dengerious

• repeating past failures:

• No support

• Time

MY PLANS TO APPROACH THE REST OF THE YEAR

• To approach the rest of the year I have to choose a specific goal and work on it at a particular time.

• I have to limit my resolutions, I will pick just one resolution work and focus my energy on it, rather than spreading myself too much on many
  objective, I have to focus on one goal at a time to make it easier for me.

• i must put time into planning and make details of my plans, writing plans will help me stick to my goals and also allow me to see the tactics I can use when things are difficult or when I face challenges and setbacks.

• To approach plans for the rest of the year I have to start with small step, these will leads to success.

• I should avoid repeating my past failures and keep working on my goals.

MY GOALS FOR THE NEXT QUARTER OF THE YEAR

To start the rest of the year is a right time for me to turn to a new page, which is the main reason why I make resolutions. I will say that the resr of the year give reasons to make a new start and give me great opportunity to make a new start.

• I have plans to extend my business, now i am doing only retail, for the rest of the remaining year I want to expand my business to both wholesale and retail.

• I want to build up my steem power, infact I want to become a dolphin before this year runs out, put more effort in writing quality post, and also keep being consistent, then comment and upvoted on others people post.

DO I SATISFIED WITH MY FIRST QUARTER OF THE YEAR

Well I will say that my first quarter of the year is not all that bad, for it has given me the satisfaction that I needed in some part of my plans like in my business, though I still need to work on it, in terms of my steem power in need to work it out by putting more effort to write quality post participate in contest and get more SBD to power up.

CONCLUSION

Looking back on our plans highlight a successes
It will allow us to see where we have made surprised, and also things that really does not go according to our plans. We will come to see some challenges and setbacks that we need to work on. Reflecting on our goals and achievement will help us to move on as we mean to continue.
