The world of Indonesian education is getting worse

Today I will write a series of information and also my actions to advance the world of education in my country. Coincidentally, up to now I am still dissatisfied with the development of the world of education in Indonesia, which really gives the impression that the quality of education for this nation's generation is declining and decreasing. .
After I was involved in the world of education for approximately 20 years, I felt that there were many irregularities in the world of education, both in terms of performance patterns and the education system which seemed very undeveloped, so that I raised a big question mark, why education in Indonesia is not able to stand out? In fact, there are also many teaching staff who feel like they are being colonized in this country,
Maybe this is something that I will fix to make future education a reality so that it doesn't decline and can provide the best for the education system in Indonesia to be more advanced in the future.

After I investigated several areas in the education system, from the center to the regions, it is not a program that can really provide solutions or benchmarks so that education in Indonesia continues to progress, but every program launched by the government actually places a heavy burden on educators in implementing it. education for the next generation is getting worse. This is very fatal, so we can actually see in the field that many educators complain about their performance because they are too busy with administration rather than field work.

What is the government thinking in the world of education which has launched many programs with applications that can make educators busy with applications, and also reduce the real work of teachers and their students? This is very ineffective if we can examine it, because instead educators will be overwhelmed and spend time with fill out various programs in the application without having to focus on yourself as a teacher.
There are several things that make me sad, which are happening in the world of Indonesian education, namely.

1.Government programs that burden educators
The government program launched by the minister of education is to implement many curricula that are always changing, this makes teachers very confused, and there are also many educational applications published that add to and drain teachers' time in educating children.
If there are many programs that are required for every teacher in Indonesia, it will actually have an effect on students who rarely get lessons, because teachers are too busy with their administration during school time. This is the main cause that I have to discuss in government forums, and I will try to handle it as a teacher in the field, as a representative of other group teachers.

2.Education system and diplomas
For all teachers, who have their own potential in teaching, the quality of teachers cannot be measured by the size of their diplomas, because these changes will not be able to improve existing problems.
In fact, in the current Indonesian education system, teachers who do not have a Bachelor's degree are no longer allowed to teach, this is really unfair, because teachers who have had a teacher's certificate for a long time, even though they are not at Bachelor's level, actually have a lot of experience in their field, so why in recent years, the law has changed, and every teacher who does not have a bachelor's degree has been shifted to become an administrative staff or school guard.
Even though this country is in need of teachers, and there is no opportunity for those who have had a diploma for a long time to qualify to become a teacher with employee status, this is an injustice, whether Indonesian teachers must always be in a colonial position and receive a salary of IDR 300,000 with honorary status.

3.Education Mafia
It has become a very strong culture in Indonesia, with many education mafia taking money from teachers for all their administrative needs, from promotions, positions, to taking care of personal administration. The education mafia emphasizes field to provide a specified amount of money for an employee, so that administration can be completed.
I feel very disappointed with the performance of these mafias, they should be able to serve teachers and employees, but instead they can burden the employees in terms of costs.
This is a problem that I have to handle directly with the relevant agencies, to avoid things like this, because education is something that we should uphold and develop properly, in fact many individuals take advantage of this.

So, in my opinion, this is a problem that must be resolved immediately in order to support education running well,

CONCLUSION
We will not get quality education if, in the future, some of these problems still exist in the world of education, then come and I pray that these things can be resolved well, for the sake of this nation's generation.
