My personal perspective about courtship

In my understanding, Courtship is the period of time taken place in which a man and a woman are getting to know each other with the thinking of starting cool relationship. This is a social and cultural ritual that happened in different cultures and even societies.

Courtship can have a range of activities, from simple social interactions to large rituals. This is a time when the couple gets to know each other's values, personality and goals. After that when they decide if they are good to stay together and want to spend the rest of their lives together, courtship then come in… meanwhile courtship is an important thing in many cultures and societies, and it is sometimes seen as a precursor to marriage.

I will say, maintaining a good relationship during courtship and leading up to marriage need effort, time, communication, and mutual respect from both partners. It is very important to spend good time together, listen to each other, and to share both feelings and concerns openly.

Both partners should be ready to compromise and work through conflicts in a healthy and good way. Trust, honesty, and commitment are important and needed for a strong and lasting relationship.

Meanwhile It is important to keep/hold a sense of independence and individuality in the relationship, and to know personal growth and development. If this principles is taken place, couples can build a strong foundation for a happy and successful marriage.

During my research the are some things that it is considered acceptable to keep hidden during courtship, the include past relationship problems, personal issues.

At the same time, it is important to be honest and open with your partner about anything that may potentially impact your relationship or lead to conflict. Hiding something in the relationship, such as a past marriage, criminal record, is totally not accepted, as that can lead to trust issues and other problems within the line. It is very important to be honest and transparent with your partner in a relationship, with this it will build a strong and healthy relationship.

I will say there’s no steady time frame for courtship, as it depend on the couple, their culture, and even their personal circumstances. Some couples may get married immediately after meeting, while others may take some years to get to know each other and decide if they are ok together

. The main thing is that the couple is taking the time they need to get to know each other and to make sure they are ok together before making a lifelong step. Meanwhile It is also important to know that courtship is a process, and that it is a normal thing for relationships to take time to develop and grow.

NO….! Courtship is not a guarantee for a good marriage, as there are many other things that can influence the success of a relationship. Meanwhile, courtship can gives a strong foundation for a happy and lasting marriage by allowing couples to get to know each other, able to communicate openly, and to work through conflicts in a healthy and good way.

It also gives opportunity for couples to grow mutual respect, trust, and commitment, all this are important for a successful marriage. The success of a marriage fall on many factors, the include; the couple's individual personalities, their communication skills and even problem-solving skills, and their energy to work together to build a strong and lasting relationship.
