My dear @Steem4Nigeria fellows. How are you doing? I hope all of you will be safe and sound.

Day Started :

I am going to share with you my spent day activities. I awoke up early in the morning.I have started my day with prayers.After that i did morning walk.Then I watered the plants. I make breakfast and did some home cleanliness activities.

Visit to Corn Stall :

At afternoon I visited to market and bought corn. Corn is very healthy for diet. It controls the cholesterol level , sugar level , wards off cancer ,works as antioxidant , prevent cells to damage , and controls heart diseases etc.Eating corn has many health beneifits.

Visit to Medical Store:

I went to medical store to bought medicine . In Pakistan weather is going to change so due to this change of weather many people are facing health problem like flue, temperature and pain of joints . As usual I also caught by flue so medication was very important for me. Then I asked for medicine from medical store. I took medicine and come back to my home.

Delicious sweets:

When I came back to my home then I received some sweets and walnut from my neighbors. Sweet was very delicious. I did thank to my neighbor for sweets and walnut.

Tuition Class:

Then I started to teaching in my tuition center. I taught to students. I have cleared the concepts of different topics. I left students at 9:30 Pm.Then I did dinner and did some rest.

Post Time:

After that I have started my post writing. I hope all of you will be like my post. It is request to all of you support me. Now its time to say good bye to all of you.
