Trust is the most commonly used word. It has great importance in our daily life activities because it is a repeatedly using word in our relationships and friendships.
Trust means having confidence in someone's honesty, reliability, and integrity. It's the belief that you can depend on their actions and words without fear of deceit or betrayal, forming a foundation for strong and reliable relationships.
Importance of trust in practical life
In practical life, trust is like a bridge between people. It takes a huge time to build , but it is broken in few seconds and cannot be repaired in my accordance.For instance, if you lend money to a friend expecting it to be repaid, that's built on trust. When you share personal thoughts with someone, assuming they won't betray your confidence, it reflects trust. In professional settings, trusting colleagues to fulfill their responsibilities contributes to a positive work environment. Essentially, trust is a fundamental element in everyday interactions that relies on confidence and reliability.
Presently in your country, do the citizens feel safe to trust one another? If not why? And if yes why? |

In my country Pakistan both types of people are found. Mostly don't feel safe trusting each other because trust is intangible and can't be seen on faces. Once broken, trust is like a shattered glass that can't be fixed. This lack of trust isn't just in Pakistan but globally, with deceit occurring in relationships, friendships, online businesses and banking even in families.Trust is fragile and its decline is a widespread issue. Hardly a few people are found which feels safe to trust one another.These are the circle of well educated people which believe in and trust on one another.
Children's break the trust of their parents. Parents believe on their children's and give them freedom to fulfil their desires.The children cheat them and deceive them by hiding criminal activities.
Robberies are common in my country, making it unsafe to trust others while traveling. My brother experienced a robbery when three men on a motorbike tried to snatch his iPhone as he walked home. Luckily, he managed to grab one robber, causing the iPhone to fall. Thanks to divine intervention, he recovered his phone, but it remains a stark example of broken trust in my life.

Yes I have an experience of broken trust 💔 in my life with my cousin.My cousin fell in love with a charming guy, believing in his love. Sadly, he played with her emotions as it was his habit to deceive girls for money and belongings. Despite her parents arranging their marriage, he turned abusive just two days into their marriage. He even threw cold water on her while she slept, demanding luxuries from her family. The girl, shattered by broken trust, returned home and refused to live with him. This painful experience led to their separation, and it stands as a significant example of trust being horribly shattered in my life.
Can you suggest ways to mend broken trust? |

Trust is like a glass once broken 💔 can never be the same after rebuilding. Although Rebuilding trust takes time and effort. Open communication, acknowledging mistakes, and demonstrating consistent reliability are key. Apologize sincerely, be transparent, and show genuine remorse. Establish clear expectations and boundaries moving forward. Prove your trustworthiness through consistent actions, and be patient as trust is gradually rebuilt. Seeking professional help, such as counseling, can also be beneficial in navigating the process of rebuilding trust.

Trust is an important word in our life. The whole life is hidden in a small visible word. It is not easy to move forward in this world without trust, but today so many wrong activities are happening in the society due to which trusting each other is a very difficult task.
