A popular musician once sang saying Overthinking no dey solve Problem. He used pidgin English in making this more understanding. In life, each and everyone of us worry at times which could be financially, academically, socially, health-wise, materially and physically.

We worry about the clothes and food we'll eat. We worry about paying our children's school fees and rents. We worry about failures from business and the likes of them. We worry about our health situations and life problems but does these worrying pay the bills?

It's normal to worry no doubt as imperfect humans. We all have feelings and it's not bad to worry at times but does excessive worrying helps? Most people worry and go into serious depression. The worry too much that the problems they were facing increased. What's your take?

The theme of this contest says worry doesn't solve problems or does it? We'll find out from this contest.
