Steem4nigeria Accelerator Contest Week 73: Together as One

Hello steemians, I want to also participate in this contest about unity because I have my opinions and suggestions for it. Steemit is a big platform filled with alot of people from different countries and it is important for everyone to cooperate especially the various leaders of this platform so that the platform will keep on existing for the betterment of everyone.

This platform connect people from different places through the creation of posts and others. There must be a post for someone to comment on or start a conversation on. Commenting is a crucial way of connecting steemians from different places. Let's say someone created a post which is related to our interest and we come across this post and fell in love with the post. We will definitely create a comment under the post experiencing our opinions about it.

When we mention steemians in a post we connect with them especially when they reply to the post. Curation is another thing that connects people from different places. If you receive weekly support from some set of steemians because of the quality contents you make, you begin to like these people because they love your content and never fail to appreciate you with their upvotes.

Support and encouragement makes me feel part of the steemit community because am no left out even if am inactive for some weeks, I always ensure that I connect with necessary steemians both off and on steemit. I create post and I get some upvotes sometimes which shows that am part of this community. I power up my steem to improve my growth as well as the market growth of steem and this also tells that am part of the steemit community. Each time I make mistakes some steemians correct me and this makes me feel valued, all steemians are valued in the platform.

Supporting each other in steemit is very important because it brings peace and shows unity, if we don't support our selves and outsiders who want to come in as investors discover that we aren't united, they will never want to invest in steemit again. We must always be on good conduct if we want the platform to always grow.

If we don't support each other in steemit, steemians with lower voting power or reputation will feel left out and they will no longer see this platform as a good place for them, they will leave and ofcourse a place where newcomers doesn't shows up often, is regarded as a bad and indisciplined place filled with people with greed and wickedness.

Dear steemians please always ensure that you support newcomers in this platform. We can support new users by voting their post and most of us have low voting power but we can still vote their posts and comment more. Let's always encourage them so that they will feel valued and also want to tell more people about the platform. Once in a while let's try to visit the Newcomers Community and support some newbies there especially the ones whose achievement 1 post has been verified.
