In the Spirit of Easter

Happy New Month

Easter has finally come and go and I must say it was very fast. Easter day at home was looking like normal Sundays in my house, for the first time in 8 years and I was not surprised at all because of the hardship of the country. I hope to have more good time next year Easter. I came across this contest early in the morning when I discovered I don't even have a post in the community that bears the name of my country. What does Easter mean to you personally? Share your thoughts and feelings about this special holiday

Easter is the celebration ethe resurrection of Jesus Christ many years ago and is something that will never be forgotten, Easter makes us remember that Jesus Christ died for our sins and resurrected after 3 days. I really love this good action of Jesus Christ and I will never stop loving him. The Easter holiday is always filled with joy and happiness all over the world and is a period of time every year that christians never joke with. Is filled with massive celebrations as well.

How does your community celebrate Easter? Are there any unique traditions or events that you look forward to?

My community celebrates Easter by going to the church first that Sunday morning and everyone always love this period. Much things are not really going on in my community on Easter period and I always ensure that I celebrate it with my family to the fullest but this year's own was not like the ones I celebrated with my family in the past.

Easter is magnificent and I can't wait to celebrate next year's Easter in a grand style because I didn't do much in this previous Easter. There's nothing I really look forward to about Easter in the future but I will try my best to always stay positive and clean.

Easter is often associated with new beginnings. What new goals or aspirations do you have for yourself or your family this Easter season?

I only have few goals which are;

• Stay focused and act wise.

• Study hard for my exams.

• Work harder in all areas of life.

• Keep on making my parents proud.

What are some fun activities or games that you think would bring your family closer during Easter?

Easter is a very wonderful season and it brings my family so close before is a day that everyone will be at home at the same time. Cooking a nice meal together is something that really unites my family most times. I really love my family and we do different things together.

Share your favourite Easter memory from your community. What made it so special and memorable?

The celebrations in the churches in my community makes Easter day so special and enjoyable because the churches are always lively and exciting during those period. My favorite memory for Easter was when lots of foods were shared in our church that year and I purposely didn't eat before going to church so that I can be able to eat alot of meals comfortably 🤣. That day is one of the best days of my life.
