The original images and not screenshots.
An image of you and the last piece with you holding a placard with your username and the date of these drawings

My point is simply, there are several similar images to the ones you have presented online. Therefore, we need to know you are the original owner of ones. So since you did it with phone, its easier and better.
Get someone else to snap you with at least the various steps on the app, and you holding the placard and your phone in one hand. I'm curious to ask, doesn't the app allow saving this images? Why take screenshots instead?

Above is the image of the app I use in my gadget which is Autodesk sketchbook application and besides are the steps to the drawing.

Your work is expected to be original and creative rather than using an application which is tantamount to using AI.
Just like @sahmie said, you should show us the tools used for the drawing and the step by step process while drawing.
