Am so happy to host this contest and I hereby welcome everyone to the week 1 of this cooking challenge contest which is open for everyone.Am very happy because This contest will help us learn how to cook varieties of food and also know those that really knows how to cook.

The goal of this challenge is to help members create wonderful meals with the help of other people representation and content. Also we really want to learn from those that already knows how to cook and I believe through their representation many of us will learn how to prepare many delicious food. Additionally, we want to see those pictures of the foods you ate within the day or week by posting your food diary

In this challenge, you are all to include the following steps.

• You should prepare anything, snacks, drinks, cakes or even your local meals. The Important thing is that you show how to make it and make it educative for everyone.

• The Health Benefits

• And When the food is often eaten Whether Breakfast, Lunch or Dinner

• Take a selfie and upload. Upload the picture of you Preparing the food and the food after preparation
