Diary game : 23rd February a Sunday I will never forget in life

On Sunday 23rd February , we had a circuit assembly with the branch representative at the convention ground of Jehovah's witnesses at Mbiokporo 1.

On Friday morning I and my mom went together to the market to buy our convention shoes and our baptismal wear for me and my younger sister who were among the baptismal candidates.
On the Saturday evening, my mom had night duty, while we were preparing ourselves and ironing our clothe she left.
When it was 5 am on Sunday morning, we all woke up and my dad conducted our morning worship. After that , I had to measure some cups of rice and boil , and prepare it for us to take it to the convention.

When it was 6 am we all took our bath and ate our breakfast and wore our clothes. By 7:30am we all got ready and left the house to the main road near the kingdom hall , where the congregation shattered a bus . We were up to 50 in number and four mini bus where shattered.
By 8:30 am we left for the convention ground.
When we arrived at the convention ground, we greeted people we saw and finally had a sit at the back seat of auditorium B , while me and my sister as the baptismal candidate moved to the front row of auditorium B. The convention began with a music presentation , later the convention began with a song and prayer. The theme of the convention was " Not Ashamed of the goodnews ". will listen to the talks to be given by different speakers until the time for the baptismal talk arrived . And at the end of the talk we were told to stand and answer in an affirmative voice these two questions:

1. Have you repented of your sins, Dedicated yourself to Jehovah and accepted his way of salvation through Jesus Christ?
   The speaker then said your answer please?
   And we all chorused "yes".

2. Do you understand that your baptism identifies you as one of Jehovah's witnesses in association with Jehovah's organisation?
   Your answer please?
   We all chorused "yes".

The speaker continued, your clear and affirmative answer identifies you as one of Jehovah's witnesses. The audience clapped for us. We were three in number, I , my sister and sister Jenny , all in one congregation, Akpasak estate congregation.

A brief prayer was said on our behalf and was concluded with Amen. Later, a song was sang and we were led by the attendant to the changing room , where we will change to our baptism wear, while others were on intermission . After our baptism we took pictures with our friends and families and members of the congregation.

After some minutes, the afternoon session began with a music presentation. Then, it began fully with a song, but with no prayer this time.
Some people shared their experiences with us and how they have been able to cope and stand firm despite oppositions in schools, work place and other places.
The international journal of the watchtower was conducted by our coordinator. After, some talks were given.
Lastly, the last talk themed "Boast in Jehovah" was expanciated .
Finally, the convention came to conclusion with song and prayer. I took pictures with my friends, families and some brothers who shared in our joy. Our congregation was assigned to clean up the waste bin, and we did exactly.

After everything, we went back to our bus and returned home peacefully and we'll refreshed spiritually. When we arrived home, we all showered , ate our dinner, and dad said a prayer we all retired to our different rooms to sleep because we all were tired, and we slept like babies
