I want us to know that there people we don't know, that are in the villages that have not really seen the four walls of Institution that are solving problems. Technology is all about solving problems, combining resource to see that a perceived problem is solved. You may not understand what am saying until u travel to the interior villages where there's no development. You would find people applying scientific knowledge without stress and solving problems.

"State-of-the-art technology" refers to the high technology available to humanity in any field.

When growing up as a child, each time we hear the word Technology it sounds like something that is beyond realization, something that needs so much resources to actualize.

From the above definition, we can see that technology is simply the act of combining resource together in other to solve problems and achieve desired results.

There are places in Africa where men and women are combining resource to solve problems, but to them what they are doing is just looking for a way to make ends meet. They don't know what technology is but their daily activities is really putting to practice what is written in our school books.

Technological Advancement

The advancement in technology has really been beneficial to the world at large especially this generation and dispensation. So many things have been made easy today because of how young people are brainstorming to see that life becomes easy and better.

Before the invention of handset we had of how our fathers of old suffered so much in trying to communicate to their loved ones that are staying in a different location. I heard that there are times when they send letter and it would take a very long time before the letter would get to the recipient. This kind of living can be very frustrating especially when you urgently need feedback from the person you are sending the message.

Do you know that in those days people died without knowing whether their message got to the recipient and most of the time the recipient come to discover the message after the death of the sender? What a life?

I want us to think and equally answer this question, How would our generation be without the invention of Handset?

Just imagine that we were living in the times of our Father how would live be to you, do you think that life would has been boring or do you think that life would have been interesting and enjoyable?

Technology a Blessing or a curse

Most of our parents that gave birth to us experienced this kind of life in one way or the other, but they still enjoyed their time, they did all they wanted to do and achieved all they wanted to achieve without using any of these technological products.

But these days we have so many technological advantages than our parents, but it is looking to me that our technological advantages is now becoming more of a distraction to our youth this days because most of them now uses these technological products for wicked practices and action.

For instance, during the days of our fathers there was nothing like the internet for them to use for their study, for you to come out the best in school you must have visited the library several times in search of study material, and most of our parents did that willingly and came out with the best of result. But this time we have the E-library that is not far from us, we have the internet where we can get most of our study material but still the performance of our youth this days is not as encouraging as the days of our fathers....
