Diary Game Season 3: A WALK WITH MY BIRTHDAY MATE on Saturday, June 25 by @pretydami

INTRODUCTION
Today was pretty chilly, hence the extra jacket and sweater.

My friend who is also my colleague at work decided to take a walk around the hospital today. I didn't want to go at first but then my love for pictures took me straight into the mood.

ACTIVITIES

My Friend happens to also be my birthday mate so we seem to have a lot in common. We talked about lots of things as we viewed some beautiful sights around the hospital. This hospital is located in Uyo, Nigeria.

Since I major in human anatomy, I've recently gotten a place in the department of histopathology here in the university's teaching hospital. Most times the work is fun because you get to interact and help patients. Other times, it's not so fun as you get to see someone go home sad because of a diagnosis. Let's just say today was one of those sad days, hence the need to take a walk and just get the heavy thoughts off my mind.

People really are going through alot and we need to be more empathetic towards every human we come across. Some of these patients are either too young to experience these misfortunes or just too old and feeble to handle the health challenges, and some are in their prime which makes it a lot worse. However, whatever age they may be, still doesn't justify what they're going through.

Please let us try to take our health seriously. Some of the things that comes up could actually be prevented if we eat right, exercise and do the little necessary things required of us.

CONCLUSION
Taking a walk most of the time relieves you of so much stress. Though I had fun and felt fulfilled, I hope to take more fun pictures next time.
