The Diary Game: 21th/08th/2022 || charging, fun with friends, football session

At weekends, resting is supposed to be a priority but that can only be possible for those who have everything within their reach, if you have been following my dairies lately you will know I have been complaining about the non-availability of electricity.

I only have one spot that can serve me enough power supply and there you have to book your spot by resuming early before every socket is filled up, as such I had to resume early at this bet shop in my vicinity, which is no more than 300 meters from my abode, I waited an hour before the shop owner to open because I was already waiting since 7:30 am, I had done all of my chores before navigating to the shop.

It took more hours before the generator was on, but I had secured a socket to charge my phone and power bank, it cost nothing to change here but it can cost you a lot if your garget are not been monitored.

Charging here is never boring, as you will see a lot of drama and space dragging by people and also emotional drama by gamblers on virtual games. I am also a gambler but I gamble only on soccer sport.

I was here for hours and I got tired because the shop was stuffy with heat and I was also sweating, I came out to catch my breath and some cool fresh air, and there I meet two of my friends coming toward the betting shop.

The last time I saw them was two weeks ago, they work in Lagos with some industrial borehole company as such they come home once or twice two a month, but every time they are around they like flexing and drinking so we decided to look for a close bar where we can drink and vibe and all that, but before I left, I took my phone but left my power bank with someone who will watch for me until I come back.

It cost us nothing to get to this bar, they were served beers and I demanded a soft drink since I don't want to take alcohol, we began catching up and then we ordered spicy fried meats, we talked and made fun of each other, it was a good get together with my friends.

At past 2 pm, they paid a sum of 5500((34.8steem) for bills, and from there we departed and I went straight to check up on my power bank and everything was intact, and it occurred to me that Leeds United vs Chelsea had begun their match, we all expected the usual, that is a win from Chelsea which was otherwise this time, at the first half, they were thrashed 2 - 0 and the supporters here are hoping for a comeback.

During the 15-minute break, I mounted a bike to the salon hoping I will get back on time before the other half begins, getting there I had to wait for my turn, it took 10 minutes before it got to my turn and in 15-20 minutes, I paid with a transfer and left the salon, the hair cost #500 and getting back to the shop with a bike cost was #200, that means #100 to and fro, to my surprise Leeds united had added a goal and the match ended 3 - 0 win for Leed united,

All we did after was made jest of their supporters and argue about who is better and who isn't, the match between Newcastle vs Manchester city began and it was a surprising match like that of Chelsea but the difference is that the point was split between the two teams, it was an interesting challenge from Newcastle who took the lead till the 60th minute in the second half before the city equalized and it was a 3 - 3 draw, which spoilt all of my sports tickets, I had gambled earlier before the match.

The match ended and losing all of my tickets was heartbreaking, I went in all for Manchester City, we all believe in them but this is football anything can happen, my stake was high on those tickets, and losing them all made me weak as such I retired for the day and came home nursing my pain😭😭😭. I refuse to eat, but na me hunger to wire na, e no concern you, city fuck up big time. I still die to vex small sha, but we go again next week.
