The same energy you put into something is always what is expected in return and when love doesn't give back same energy, that is when we call it "one-sided love."

Are you surprised? Oh don't be because I have seen people who were all in love by themself. Oh yes, they thought that one day they would be loved back, but guess what, that one day never came. Nothing hurts more than loving someone who would never love you back.

Love is a complicated feeling that involves a strong, positive bond with someone. It includes affection, care, closeness, trust, and a wish for the other person's happiness.

Love can be shown through actions, words, and shared moments. It comes in different types, such as romantic love, family love, friendship love, and self-love. Love is a basic human experience that is personal and different for everyone.

Everyone has their different concept about love. I saw a movie "Before Valentine," an actress in that movie described love as "going out with a man, and having a cool sex with him and then you have sealed the love gate." I mean, that is love for her kind of person, ya.

For some people, love is when a man is able to dictate your love language and please them accordingly, it's perfect for them. While some other people, love is agreeing to go to church with them every sunday, they see you as Jesus baby, then that is love.

So generally, what love means for @ruthjoe isn't what it meant for @bossj23, and I tell you it can't be the same for @chilaw

I had to read through this question again and again to get it right. So I was thinking, am I actually sharing some valued information for someone to exercise and boost their love level? Just asking though, of course we are here to learn.

Back to the question, Yes I have been and will continue to express love because that is my fuel to get to live a quality life. Life isn't.so sweet without love, you know right??

• Spending Quality time: I don't mean hanging out, or stuffs like that. I mean spending an amazing time, a time of love, a time of laughter, joy, peace, a time when you forget your worries, your boredom, your empty wallet and just laugh, smile, and be happy. Even when this section is over, you remember it and you keep laughing, that is what I do.

• Offer kind words: You know, our words do a lot harm or good to people but sometimes we neglect this. I am a preacher today because I have learned from someone who really cares and love me. I try as much as I can to use the right words when talking to people, infact I do word selection before I speak and it must be kind words, ya.

• Paying rapt attention to others needs: In my life, I have always put others needs first before mine. You can't say you love me and you don't pay attention to my needs, no that is not love, it's fake. I love my friend so much for being the true person, the love guru, the carer's squad. My friend pays attention to my needs and that is where I learnt it from. I am observant and if I'm into you, I must notice when you need something. That is love, it shouldn't be all about "self".

• Physical Touch like hugs: Previously, I didn't know hug could take away burdens from a person's shoulder. But since I understood it, I feel free to give a hug only when need be, ya.

Ok, first, to love me right back is not a force or a plead because I won't beg to be loved.

Secondly, if you feel you can only get all my love and have nothing to show for it, I let you go without your notice.

When I see a handwriting on the wall, I could read it, thank God I'm able to read both china, swahili and japan. Ya, I don't need to be told that I'm not getting same energy I'm putting in. Once I'm able to understand the signs, I move and have my peace. Nothing in this life interests me than loving myself excessively. So to have my peace and maintain my sanity, I ride with people of same class, same energy and same vibe. You know what I mean..

What? No way! That is me killing my vibe. What? No, I can't let negative attitudes rub me off my lovely, peaceful, and joyful life. Sometimes people ask how I do it?

How am I able to survive after what happened, and I'll be like; I can't explain it, normally life will do life, and these are part of it but the only difference is being able to know who you are and defeat whatever obstacle that comes from the negative vibes.

When people feel they are doing you a favour by being in your life or loving you, that is the moment you have to see that you were actually doing them a favour being in their life and loving them first before yourself.

I am a strong lady and I am not discouraged no matter what it is. No one can put me off guard with their attitudes. I will keep loving and living.
