StayFit Club: Highlights of My fitness activities for the Week Ending 2nd June, 2024. Abs training
It was a wonderful conclusion and a beautiful step into the new month! Yes, this time around, we really dealt with all the abdominal muscles and fats. It was awesome 😎😎😎😎.
I warmly welcome you all to the update of my fitness activities for the week ended on the day indicated at the heading above. Are you a fitness lover? Then you are going to find my activities helpful and inspiring. What started on as a play has reached and passed 3 months. Yes, it is now 3 months since I assumed my role as a fitness instructor. The tremendous increase and the achievements so far can only be attributed to the blessings of the Almighty as I couldn't have done all these without his blessings.
Like you all know, I usually concentrate on a specific area for each week. Last week was for the full body and this past week was just for the abdomen. We really dealt with it
strengthening the Abdominal muscles
Abdominal muscles are all the muscles around the abdomen. Most men sought to have 6 packs and so is most women. If not 6 packs, at least a drastically reduced tummy. Abdominal muscles help protect the spine, give the body the stability it needs and helps to maintain good posture. It as well gives the shape that everyone is dreaming to have and to maintain. But it doesn't come about by chance. A lot of work need to be done to achieve all that.
When finally achieved, it helps to reduce body fat, prevents lower back pains. Which exercise programs can help to strengthen the abdominal muscles?
Programs that help strengthen the abdominal muscles
We have the **mountain climber, the bicycle crunches, scissor kicks, rocking plank, hip lifts, leg drops, bridge, squadruped, modified plank and it's variations, cocoons, sandbar or dumbbell seat ups, barbell rollout or tummy trimmer roll outs, Russian twists, butterfly seat ups, overhead crunches, reverse crunches.
The list goes on and on. The aim is to strengthen the abdominal muscles. Well, within this past week, we took part in a lot of these programs. We combined them to achieve our target for the week. Please, take a look at the pictures of the days that we worked out within the week.
On Monday, we started with the programs. I lined up the programs for the day and each member starts from the first till the end.
We went again on Wednesday and a repeat of most of those programs and an addition of 2 more. The reason is because those who weren't available on Monday still needs to get a fill of those programs and the old ones still need to master those programs
On Friday, we as well continued with additions on the programs
And we concluded it on Saturday. This Saturday was different from others because, we continued with our Tommy programs. Other Saturdays, I do go on fun workout where we only carry out aerobic exercises. But this time around, I made them all partake of the tummy programs. I do have men with fat tummy and I wanted them to work on them. They truly appreciated the programs
We then stretched at the end of all the programs to reset the body and to avoid feeling much pain

What to expect this coming week and current month
I have just designed our timetable for the month to enable us have the programs in mind and work towards them. Hence, we will be focusing on the programs on the image below
You can see that for the next 4 weeks, we will be taking aerobics, lots of legs, butts and arms and shoulders muscles stretching.
And our last Saturday will not be an outdoor program but we will include health tips from 2 medical practitioners. Arrangements are on ground for the weighing machine and BP checking machine that we will use that day to run checks on members. It is going to be awesome 😎😎😎! And these medical personnel are our members. You can't wait right? Let's keep our fingers crossed 🤞🤞🤞 and hope for the best.
We will kickstart this month with aerobics as can be seen on the list. I am also expecting @mesola and @okere-blessing this week as they promised to join StayFit fitness club and take part in the programs.

Keeping fit is one of the topmost resolution to achieving a healthy living. If you add good nutrition and a balance mental health proceedures, you are good to go. It's really nice to see you prioritise a healthy lifestyle by indulging in gym and other exercises, I think that's the more reason you stay younger and in a good shape .. 😄😄 . Weldone and stay more fit, We'll soon join the chorus 😄👋
