My fundermental human rights

INTRODUCTION

Good day everyone, today I'll be writing about our fundermental human rights, follow up as I answer the questions.

How do you explain fundermental human rights?

Fundermental human rights are those basic universal rights that are given to people/citizens all over the world, and are being assured by their respective government. It is also the right and freedom enjoyed by all citizens while going about their various ways of life.

Do you think all citizens have these rights or it is made for the rich only? (You can give examples if any)

All citizens have their fundermental human rights irrespective of their status. For example, a not really financially stable man have the right to partake in an election as long he is a citizen of that country. The only way can be deprived of their rights may occur in different ways e.g health issues, A citizen may not have the right to walk freely if he is inflicted by some transferable disease, whether he/she is rich or poor.

Have you been deprived of expressing your fundermental human rights? What action did you take.

Yes! I was once accused wrongly in school . I wasn't given the chance to defend myself, the chance to talk. Each time I tried saying a word, I'll be told to shut up. And then they took me to the principals office. The principal punished me by telling me to kneel down, I knelt down there for almost an hour while class was going on. But when I remembered I have the freedom of speech/right to express my self, I stood up even without the principals permission. I called my friends who were also my witnesses and then I defended myself. The principal and teachers made some enqueries and when they found out I wasn't at fault, they freed me.

Mention and explain at most three fundermental human rights of your country.

Right to life: Every individual have the right to live irrespective of their age, gender and so on. Except he/she has been found guilty in a criminal act , then he might be sentenced to death.

Right to private and family life: Every individual have the right to privacy.

Right to fair hearing: Every individual have the right to be heard before judged.

Which of the fundermental human rights
should be removed from the law. (Give your reason)

In my own opinion, I don't think any of the fundermental human rights should be removed from the law.

Fundermental human rights is a thing that has favoured most individual, and no one wish for it to stop. I'm inviting
