Steem4nigeria Accelerator Contest Week 73: Together as One
Hello Everyone.
From Pakistan🇵🇰.
Today, am here to share my thought about this amazing contest on steemit.
So lets start.
“How does Steemit connect people from different places?.”
“What makes you feel part of the Steemit community?.”
Whenever i received vote kekeke and the comments. Because as far as I know Steemit, Steemit adopts everyone very quickly, because of which we can work here with a lot of freedom. In a few days, new users who are working here feels comfortable and start doing their job well. I have seen a lot of good things in the moderators here that they don't take advantage of their own leadership but help others, which is why this community is so great. you can earn according to your hard work, that's why I like Steemit a lot more. And then when you write a post, a lot of users comment on your post, you can talk to them and then when you receive that boming or curator vote, you get a lot of feedback. You feel more happy then you think that no, I am a part of this community, this community has made me its own, I am also a part of this community, this community is mine and sometimes we used to work for 10 years in the office. but the owner didn't said said its your , he continuously tells you that you work here, but Steemit is a platform that tells you that Steemit belongs to all of us.
“Why is supporting each other important on Steemit?.”
In my opinion, there is no work in the world that you say that I can do alone. For every work, if one person is at the front, then the rest of the team is working behind him. Like in today's age, everything needs someone's support, so I think it is very important for everyone to support each other,if you are blessed try to blessed others too. This is the principle of life. I have seen that people themselves They become so mean that they only think of their own good, so you will see all the old users who are here from the years they will be helping you, even the moderators. They also tell you where you made a mistake so that you can correct this mistake, so I don't think that they treat you badly, but they help you to become a better. It's not a competition, we all work together here, so instead of working together here, it's better to help each other.
“How can we help new users feel welcome?.”
As we all know that working in a new place is not very easy.when i start working I don't know how online work is but considering the need of my home it was very important for me to work online I was very scared at the beginning and it was my first experience so I didn't understand what to do.? But at that time I saw that the moderators were quite strict, they did not help you and behaved very strangely with you as if you had come to some different world here, then i feel very scared and left the platform for long time one day i thought i tried again I started to work again I started to correct my mistakes and create my post wisely but now I am very happy to see today's moderators who working on the steemit now, they are very kind polite then I realized that when you start learning things, you become better , you can make someone's comfortable with some words and break it with some words, it depends on you. A few words of yours are enough encouragement for anyone If they are motivational, it is better to choose such words wisely. So you better choose your words carefully because your chosen words can be the hqppiness for the next one and the cause of stumbling for the next one.
