Valentine day is a time (a specific day) when lovers express their affection with greetings cards and gifts. It is a special time which occurs once in a year (February 14th) where people show love to each other by sending cards,flowers, gifts e.t.c to their loved ones.

What has been your best Valentine day experience.

February 14th 2023 is a day I will never forget in my life. I woke up very early in the morning feeling happy and energetic never realised that it was valentine not untilI I checked my events calender that was when I remembered that it was valentine and I had not yet picked my val.I sent a message to my best friend in school as at then, her name is Blessing David asking her to be my Val, she was contented with my request and later on around 10:00am, we took off, We went to one of the best restaurants in Akwanga town(kini guest in hotel Akwanga link) and we ordered for jollof rice and fried chicken, we eat, talked, laughed, cracked jokes, shared experiences e.t.c.

We also ordered for cakes took it to the pool, we played in the warm water and sat down to gist about life experiences we went through a lot back then in school.Later in the evening we packed up and prepared to go home.we both drove back home and promised to call each other the next day which I did and I really enjoyed that valentine's day more than anything else and also looking forward to enjoy more.

How eagerly are you looking forward to this year's Valentine.

I'm going to plan my valentine this year by taking my Val to the best shop rite to purchase different commodities such as clothes,bags,shoes or anything for him, I will also like to go to chicken republic so that we can have a delicious fried gizzard with my Val and also attend the best parties in town so as to appreciate my Val for sticking close to me. I also plan for so many good things that day (which is today 14th February) so as to make him feel so happy and special.

Which Steemit user would like to be your Val and why?

I definitely will like to take my brother @ibraheem75, as my Val, because he is kind, affectionate, supportive, thoughtful, communicative, loyal and also willing to spend special moments with and he has a way of making me laugh and feel so special that's the more reason why I will love him to be my Val. In that note, I will love to invite @goodybest, @memamun, @suboohi and @miftahulrizky to also share their views.
