This week's contest is taking a Culinary twist, launching us into a gastronomic adventure deep into the land of flavor and delight. So let's cook.

This week's contest is relatively simple as we need a recipe to transform the ripening plantain into something really yummy and that is where your culinary artistry comes in to play.

Expected Content

The following questions are here as guidelines to streamline your content in this contest. While you are expected to follow these guidelines though not in any particular order, you are free to digress a little and to be as creative as possible.

What is the content of a standard recipe?
What is your recipe for transforming the ripening plantain into something really yummy.
Tell us more about your choice of spices used.
How much importance do you attach to presentation and why?
What was your first experience with cooking and how old were you.
