Those people that cannot keep quite before a day is over, may sometimes be looking for where to pour out their frustration on, or maybe they dont want their mouth to smell🤣. Trying to pause an argument especially with a partner to me is not the bset option. Talking things out that same minute and resolving every issue immediately is the best to me, because i hate carryover. Wish you the best in this challenge
