Good evening Steemians

It's indeed a wonderful day, hope you all had a wonderful day? Today is a remarkable day in my life and it will be of a great pleasure to express this auspicious day to my fellow beloveth Steemians.

Today being 5 of January 2024, really Kickstart my year with amazing vibes and full of joy. Firstly, I woke up as early as 7am in the morning and had my regular morning devotion, did some little 20 minutes exercise and after that I had myself cleanup and after then, I carried out my morning routine by cleaning the surrounding, after that, I went inside to rest for a while in order to Kickstart my daily activities properly.

After I finished observing my siesta, I took my bath and went out to meet my friends in order to prepare for the early year celebration that we usually Carry out in every year,and we have been observing this event for more than 10 years now, and the name of this association is call INIMITABLE BROTHERS. It's an association established by responsible youths of our community, whereby we advice and support ourselves financially, morally and many more. We also visit the sick in our area during this festive period, infact an injury to one is an injury to all. This organization is only restricted to men alone,the women can only assist us to cook but almost everything is done by us, even in kitchen aspects to some extend.

After,I arrived at the venue we did a lot of work by doing the following activities:

1. Fetching of water.
2. Peeling and cooking of yam
3. Making pounded yam
4. Slaughtering of chickens
5. Breaking of firewood
6. Slicing vegetables etc.

We did a lot of work in order to prepare for the occasion which is to start by 3pm prompt and after that,I hurriedly came home to dress myself for the celebration which is to take place at MBAKO GARDEN.

The agenda of the day, starting with prayers, followed by welcoming guests, opening speech said by the chairman (Mr Cornelius Akolo), words of encouragement,games,item 7 etc.

It was a whole lot of fun, everyone jubilating for seeing a new year;music playing in low tune,the atmosphere was just wonderful. We wrap it up by 8pm and we all dispatch to our various homes due to security reasons.

After I returned home,I set out to write in order to share my daily diary but sleep couldn't let me be,due to the tiredness so,I had to struggle with sleep to disappear but it's not easy because you can't cheat nature.
