The Diary Game || 15- 11- 2024 || RC2024_Declare The Good News-Day 2

Dear diary.

The most anticipated day was about to go down and it came in wonderful Friday morning. Waking up from the great and enjoyable sleep wasn't a problem because already the moment which was about to be experience would overlap the sleep. It was actually 6 o'clock AM when it all started and I woke up with immediate effect.

Nothing extremely brought happiness than realizing that an amazing moment was lying ahead of you and just a steps away would drive you close to it, this happiness motivated me to reach out to the nearest laundry shop to iron my outfit. Ohh my bad, let me share my day in morning afternoon and evening session.

MORNING AND AFTERNOON SESSION

My outfit were squeezed and needed to iron before they could look good on me, i understand the assignment so I took it to the nearest laundry shop which is a distance way from my house. Upon arriving the laundry shop, the man was actually on work mood, ironing some of his customers outfit and packaging them.

I hand over mine to him when the already outfits were less and he took to ironing. I spent up to 10 minutes at his workspace while he was making my outfit to look decent, he took some tokens after ironing the outfit and packaging them, a minimum of 500 hundred in nigeria currency.

I already spent some hours there while he was handling his customers outfit, that lead me to overspending time on his space. I was actually running late so while arriving home, I took to bathing and engaging on others necessary preparation that prompt me to left though I was late.

After the urgent but late preparation, I hurriedly moved amto the main road to board a bus that would drive my way to maybe ring road which i usually used to the convention ground. Soon he the bus rider delivered me to the junction where I took another drift to reach quarter of my journey, probably Nnung udo junction. Here i took another ride to Mbierebe junction, this was the point where i decided to board a bike man to my destination as the distance wasn't longer.

Here i finally arrived the convention ground, words alone can't express how happy i was, the dimension of the happiness was really deep. The title of this year convention happens to be remark "Kworo Eti Mbuk" if interpret; it means "Declare The Good news" in english.

During the morning program, an importance nutritional spiritual meals were given by the elders who were already prepared for delivered. Let me share two with y'all.

The Bible drama entails is about how mysterious the birth of Jesus Christ was, marry conceiving a baby through the holy Spirit was such a circumstance that would've prompt Joseph to divorce marry. Full story - (Matthew 1:18-25).

Matthew, Mark, Luke and John were all the disciples of Jesus, they did a great work while Jesus was on earth and when he decende, the heal the sick, travel a mile to share the goodnews and a whole lot of work to God. They were all moved by the holy Spirit.

The morning session with a song as usual, a brief announcement about a short but enjoyable refreshment was announced and we all went for it. I actually went there with no food but guess what, my Belle was stuck with food as I was invited to ate from different places. Those good were actually a yummy delicacy.

After consuming the Sweet delicacy, i was somehow feeling sleepy uhh, unlike me; anyway i went out to bought some sweet and chewing gum, sellers are always everywhere whenever we have a convention like this and they usually make sales from the crowd, you can see them.

While coming back, I was asked to joined in snapping pictures, ohh i almost forgotten to captured but thankful i was reminded.

The Afternoon program scheduled around 12:45, a few minutes left to clock 1 o'clock. We resumed with a song followed with a new afresh public talk.

We all needs to believe the truth about Jesus, his the creation that God made himself, that's why he was with God in the begining. Through his name, we're saved; we've got a big hope redeeming an everlasting life.

The good news we're sharing with our neighbors is an everlasting good news that comes with comfort. That angel in revelation 14:6-7 said that the judgement day is approaching, therefore we must do our best to reach out to as much souls as we can. We want to save them along with ourselves.

After this crucial acknowledgement, the afternoon program finally came to an end where a song and prayer leads. After a moment of sharing pleasantries, I took to taking pictures the second time with my friends but yet, it was evening session.

EVENING SESSION

I and @jewell005 and his Brother were in the picture, it was actually a nice shot from a friend of us Mobile phone. We didn't snapped much pictures, we left the moment we were told that our congregation has gotten a work to do and it was all about sweeping the walkways.

The walkways actually have different branches and ends, our duty was to sweep all those branches and keep them clean. It was actually a wonderful work and we had fun while doing, we covered all the terrace within 15 minutes o'clock.

After the completion of the sweeping, I went home as it was initially getting dark. Coming back home, I had to look for what to eat so I went to buy rice and cooked it. It was my dinner and it was yummy.

It was actually a long but befitting day to me, i spent a huge amount of money base on transportation due to the high demand of fuel prices but yet, it all worth it. Being with people who understand your feelings, have the same mindset and perspective is always great, these were the kind of people's i was with and the memories will live long.
