GOOD DAY STEEMIANS!

I welcome you all to my blog, it's a pleasure writing to you all, and thanks for stopping by to read my content.

What is your definition of "Home"

In my terms Home is a place where someone lives permanently with his/her family it's a place in which one's domestic affections are centered.
And every human has a home

Have you been away from home, Where exactly was it?

I've been away from home countless times even now am still living.

The first place I traveled to away from home was an Eastern state in Nigeria called Abia state. Though over there was the home of my Dad's mother (my grandma) it was hard for me to adapt and start accepting their culture.

The second place I traveled to away from home is Bori Rivers State Nigeria which is where am residing presently.

What was your experience like...interesting, boring, maltreated, loved, etc...Kindly share with us.

In the first place that's Abia State I will say I had a wonderful time staying there despite some challenges I was having with my grandma and her children (my uncles and aunts), but it was an experience I'll always be happy that I had. I enjoyed the farming seasons usually we go to the farm by bicycle, also my school over there was amazing I had a lot of fun with the friends I made that was during my secondary school days. And lastly, I enjoyed the fruits there fruits like avocado, mango, orange, etc. They have a lot of fruits there and I enjoyed eating them.
My experience there was so lovely and the people were so friendly.

If you're given another opportunity to be away from home to the same place you visited, would you go? Give us reasons.

I will go if am given another opportunity to go to Abia State again because:

• I missed the days I spent there, especially the planting seasons. I enjoyed eating roasted yam.
• I would love to eat some fruits there again and laugh watching my cousins climb the trees like monkeys.
• Sincerely speaking I miss my aunt and I wish to see her again, have some time to discuss with her listen to her jokes, and also help her in her business.

In conclusion, the saying nowhere like home is true despite all the places I have been to and all the luxurious things I enjoy or see there's this biting in my heart longing for home. But we need to leave comfort (home) to build comfort in life. I invite my friends @saintkelvin17, @yaladeeds and @ngoenyi to participate in this contest.

I visited the village when i was young, i enjoyed how affordable everything was back then and the love and attention i got too. But now grand pa is in the city and others are late. So i can only imagine it. Thanks for the invite, i wish you success.
