Good day my dear and wonderful steemians, , so today i will like to write on a topic conflict. Conflict here can be defined as the absence of peace in a community. Conflict can also be the disagreement between a particular society and the other community or the disagreement between two parties. Conflict brings people close, for instance glory and godstime quarrel with each other and some one comes to separate the fight or the quarrel between them, and after some time the don't see each other, but later on glory will go to the market and see godstime don't you think the will talk or say something with each other. I am not trying to say conflict make people to be friends.

There are types of conflict we need to know about and the meaning of the types of conflict in the society, they are:

• Violent conflict:

This type of conflict is said to be violent when it involves the use of physical force, for instance fighting or going for war.

• Non-violent conflict:

This is the type of conflict that does not involve the use of physical force, for instance it can be base on the rules and regulations of a particular community.

Effect of conflict

• Loss of life and properties.
• Conflict leads to break down of rules and regulation in the community or society.
• It leads confusion, killing, robbery and kidnapping etc.
• It hinders fear in the mind of people.
• Vandalization in the society.
• Hunger and diseases like loss of balance diet, the disease can be kwashiorkor.

Ways to resolve conflict

Conflict can be resolved in so many ways by coming together to be one or by coming together to obtain peace in a society and the include:

• Through settlement.
• Seeking redress in the court.
• Reporting to the village head or law enforcement agencies.
• Counseling to peoples ideas or views in different parties for peace to reign.
• Staying out of conflict by abiding the rules and regulation.
