Life is really full of challenges, togetherness and also betrayal, for me betrayal is when someone breaks their promise or in other words the vision can also be called stabbing someone else in the back.

Betrayal is something that is very cruel and very hated, even in war traitors will be killed because their actions can damage many other factors.

During my friendship with many people, I also felt betrayed by my friends, the incident happened when I was little, my friends were willing to lie to me and leave me alone when we had promised to go together.

Even though I myself did not feel wrong to them, they seemed to suddenly be hostile to me. I myself really hate remembering that incident because the friends who lied to me were friends I really trusted.

The feeling of being betrayed is really very painful and we will feel a very deep heartbreak, but there is only one way for us to forgive betrayal, which is to forgive the person who betrayed us by eliminating the feeling of resentment within us.

Because if we have a resentful nature we will not be able to forgive betrayal which will make us feel frustrated throughout our lives, we should forgive them and in the future we must keep our distance when making friends with them so that we are not betrayed for the second time.

How do you deal with people who have hurt you many times?

Sometimes I feel strange about myself, because I always want to continue being friends with people who continue to hurt me, and after I think about it, the thing that makes me able to deal with people who have hurt me many times is not holding a grudge against them.

I continue to focus on developing myself in various aspects of life so that I will unconsciously forget those who hurt me, because I feel that if I continue to think about the pain they gave me then I will not be able to develop, and I also think that no one really cares 100% about me except myself, therefore I must always make myself useful to others so that I also get positive attention from them.
